If only the wind ever blew in such a way that it filtered through the skeletons of unfinished condominiums, vibrating and producing perfect chords. Imagine the sound you would hear along the waterfront on a hazy day: ghostly, dissonant wails from the reeds of countless concrete harmonicas.
